These terms govern your use of the 3D Crafters website and any order you place with us. By using our site, you agree to them.
1. About us
- 3D Crafters ("we", "us") is a 3D printing studio based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, selling ready-made 3D printed products and custom print services through this website.
2. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed via Razorpay.
- Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraud.
3. Made-to-order products
- Every product is printed after you order — nothing is pre-stocked. Please allow our stated dispatch time before delivery begins.
- Minor variations in colour, texture or layer lines between units are normal for 3D printed products and are not considered defects.
4. Custom prints
- For custom STL/OBJ/3MF uploads, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to print it. We may decline any file at our discretion.
- Custom print quotes are estimates until confirmed; final price may vary based on material usage and print time.
5. Shipping and returns
- Shipping timelines and charges are set out on our Shipping page, and our return and refund rules are set out on our Returns page.
6. Accounts
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
7. Intellectual property
- All original designs, branding, photography and site content belong to 3D Crafters unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
- We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Tamil Nadu.
